Examination System: The programme follows an eight-semester structure. Semester 1, 3, 5 and 7 are assessed through a Jury — a panel review of the student's creative portfolio and project work. Semester 2, 4, 6 and 8 are assessed through formal written examinations.
Eligibility : Passed 10+2 level examination from a recognised board with English as one of the subjects. Any other qualification approved by the University Grant Commission (UGC) as equivalent to the above examination. A candidate must have obtained minimum 45% marks in the qualifying examination. In case of candidates belonging to SC/ST, minimum 40% marks shall apply. The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years as on 31 December of the year in which admission is sought.
Admission Process : Admission is made in the 1st year and once in a year. The candidate who fulfils the eligibility criteria shall get registered. The candidate is required to appear in a written test on a notified date, followed by a personal interview with the Admission Council. The merit list shall be prepared based on performance in the test and interview, and the admission list will be notified.

How to Apply : A candidate seeking admission shall contact admission cell and get registered with university on the prescribed form. All registered candidates shall appear in the written admission test on date assigned and collect information for admission test. Candidates as per admission list shall report for admission.
